How long does shipping typically take?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the personal nature of our grooming products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or are unopened in their original packaging within 15 days.
Are Zlade razor blades compatible with other handles?
Zlade cartridges are specifically engineered to work with our proprietary handle systems to ensure the safest and closest shave possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Zlade is committed to ethical grooming. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
How do I track my order?
